Many of us don’t know about it.
That needs to change.
Some of us that do know about it say “oh that’s sad” and choose to ignore it.
Some of us don’t.

The gut-wrenching facts are true.
40 million people are trapped. Forty m i l l i o n.
$150 billion per year is paid.
1 in 4 children.
Yes, you read it right—children. Children.
Little boys and girls who haven’t a care in the world.
Little boys and girls who run around full of life and absolutely free of fear—until it comes to this.

You guys, together, we need to END IT. ❌
So I wanted to share a little bit about a young woman I met in South Asia, named “C.”
She was joyful. She was gentle. She was loving.
C was a native of South Asia in her mid 20’s, and her English was beautiful. When she walked into the house we were staying at, I guess she wasn’t aware we were there, and a smile took over her face. From the very second she walked in, I could sense that she had a beautiful spirit.
If I said one thing about her, I’d tell you that the spirit of God was in her. And it was evident.
So C told us a little bit about herself, and the one thing that stuck out to me was that she worked for the IJM. To be absolutely honest, I had no idea what that was til later that night when I asked my mom.
Once I found out I was like, “oh wow. Like oh. Wow.” And my mind was reeling—’what?!…she does this for a living?…I can barely think about it for more than 2 minutes before I am sick to my stomach…’—To be totally honest, I did notice a very faint heaviness on her heart when we met her. I was in no way surprised—after the whole 2.47 minutes I spent thinking about it, I felt a heaviness!
Come to find out, C goes into the slums of South Asia and rescues the women out.
Think about that for a minute or two.
She then shares the gospel with these women and continues to seek after relationships and points them all back Jesus Christ who originally freed them with nails drove into his hands and feet, and a crown of thorns thrust into his head.
She tells them of their extravagant worth in Christ.

You guys. I was blown away at this. We need more people like C. We need loving, joyful, and gentle people who are willing to go in and do the hardest of the hard.
It you’re not that person—that’s okay. But spread the word. Pray for those who ARE those people.
The people who are going into the homes of men who have young girls captured. The people who are standing up for little boys and girls doing forced labor each and every day.
You guys I know I started with difficult facts. But get this. Through just ONE organization, in one year, there were 1,109 rescues and 527 arrests. I know that doesn’t seem like a lot but put your glass-half-full mentality on. THAT’S 1,109 men, women, boys, and girls who were RESCUED! PRAISE Jesus.
So you guys, as hard as it is to think about it, just do it. END IT. Share about it today. Spread the word.
Be IN IT to END IT.
